Reposting from the PD website. Guido and I do try and make sure that all of this happens, but it's worth being aware of what PD would like to happen and extra help is always appreciated.
Please read the following regarding what is expected of us regarding clean up. The pay-off is that if we make PD'd life easier then they can get some much cooler stuff done than picking up our mess.
1). Leave your benches in a neat pile in the centre of your camp. 2). Bag your rubbish, TAKE IT TO THE SKIP, and throw it in. 3). Litter pick your campsite before you leave. 4). Take that ruined tent you don't want anymore home with you. If you absolutely can't be arsed to do that, put it in the skip. Don't leave it in the field under any circumstances. 5). If you have had a fire, make sure the cinders are cold and wet and then empty them into the depths of the hedge row. 6). Do not leave anything that your nation put up/put out behind when you leave. Take it down/put it away.
PD and other players can possibly assist those not able to do the above if you ask nicely. Don't just leave stuff. Trust me, we have an open dialogue between PD and the camp planners and if we can get this sort of thing under control then the gateway to bigger national stuff is going to open.
